Responsibilities:

• To execute the promotion and publicity plan to maximise the impact of the project
• To recruit and liaise with participating companies for their online presences
• To handle enquiries from participating companies
• To provide support on database compilation and data entry into systems
• To follow up with different parties for the compilation of various reports
• To provide onsite support of the projects (local, the mainland or overseas) as required by project managers 
• To provide project management and clerical support to project managers
• To ensure smooth and timely operation of the events and related activities

Requirements: 

• University graduate with a minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in event management/ project management/ digital marketing is preferred
• Prior experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing in Mainland China is an advantage
• Interest in data analysis and direct communication with customers is preferred
• Proactive, self-initiated, and very attentive to details
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word-Processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work OT upon request

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be offered.
