Since its establishment in 1926, Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children (HKSPC) has been providing quality care, education and all round development support to children and parenting education/support to parents, in giving children a brighter future. We are now operating 28 services units with about 700 employees and serving approximately 3,000 children daily. HKSPC is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our children. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development of new procurement strategies and policies
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
• Assist in roll out of new policies and act as primary contact point for internal service units
• Prepare management reports and analysis
• Perform coaching and guidance to team members

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 10 years’ procurement experience 
• Knowledge in tendering process 
• Knowledge in Education Bureau (EDB) and Social Welfare Department (SWD) regulations and requirements would be an asset
• Experience in set up of e-procurement system is an advantage 
• Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
