Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Finance Department
  • Handle telephone, incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence and expense claim
  • Handle voucher input, bank reconciliations, receipts and payments
  • Maintain and update filing system and business records
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or any related disciplines and LCCI intermediate or above
  • 2 - 3 years’ secretarial, office administration or accounting experience 
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, independent and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word Processing, with knowledge of Flex accounting system is an advantage
