RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clerical support to warehousing operation team such as Inbound & Outbound record / System Transaction
• Inventory adjustment / Order creation in Operations Management system
• Closely communicate with both internal and external parties to ensure a smooth operation
• Ensure all the inventory data are inputted accurately and within a reasonable timeframe  
• Prepare Import & export document and handle custom declaration (Tradelink)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above in logistics or related disciplines 
• Detail minded, Teamwork oriented and good interpersonal skill
• With relevant working experience in warehousing or logistics industry would be an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
