Accounting Officer
Our client is a global market leader in the travel industry. They are currently looking for an outstanding Accounting Officer to join the company.


Job Description:

• Undertake full-cycle accounting functions (AR, AP, GL, etc.) and daily financial operations.
• Manage invoice payments through bill reminders and client communication.
• Prepare aging reports for accounts receivables, credit control reports, and other analytical insights.
• Conduct reconciliation of sales receipts and bank accounts.
• Assist in maintaining the fixed assets register, preparing depreciation schedules, and journal vouchers.
• Collaborate with international operations teams to provide support and coordination.
• Contribute to month-end closing activities and prepare necessary schedules.

Job Requirement:

• Have a degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
• Min 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Demonstrate proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, positive, and responsible work ethic.
• Adapt well to changing priorities and thrive under deadline pressure.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous.
