Our client is a stable and well-established regional bank in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an IT Officer to provide excellent IT technical support (tier 1 & 2) to the office staff and work along & support IT programming team on various office automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for general IT support including installing, configuration, and support of workstation software, hardware, printers, phones, etc. 
• Provide technical & user support for MS O365 environment including Office 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Power-Automate and all related O365 Products  
• Working along with Programming team to develop, maintain & enhance office automation programs
• Coordinate with IT teams to provide user training 
• Perform daily and assigned supporting IT duties. 
• Collaborate with various departments and HQ staff on IT related issue

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 years + IT End User Support (tier 1/2) experience 
• Prior IT Programming experience would be highly preferable
• Knowledge on programming skills in Power Automate, MS Excel Macro, Access, SQL DB, VBA/VBS would be an advantage 
• Good command in both English & Cantonese
• Fresh Graduate would also be considered
