Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall Leadership and Management of Hong Kong Business Unit: Responsible for formulating and executing strategic plans for the precious metals trading business in Hong Kong, driving business growth and expanding market share.
- Team Building and Optimization: Construct an efficient and professional sales team, implement effective team management strategies, enhance team cohesion and execution capabilities, and ensure achievement of team goals.
- Incentive Policy Design: Develop and implement scientific and reasonable business incentive policies based on market trends and team characteristics, stimulating team members' enthusiasm and creativity.
- Industry Relationship Building and Maintenance: Actively establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with peers in the gold and silver industry in Hong Kong, facilitate information sharing and business cooperation, and enhance the company's influence within the industry.
- Online Sales Channel Expansion: Lead the establishment of an online sales team, utilize internet platforms and digital tools, innovate marketing methods, broaden retail business channels, and enhance brand awareness and market share.
Job Requirements:
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields preferred.
- Industry Experience: Possessing over 3 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on precious metals trading or the financial industry, having a deep understanding and keen insight into the precious metals market.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to clearly express business views and handle complex business negotiations.
- Professional Competence: Familiar with precious metals trading processes, market dynamics, and risk management, understanding of relevant financial industry laws and regulations; candidates with relevant financial industry qualification certificates (such as CFA, FRM, etc.) will be preferred.
- Leadership and Team Management Skills: Possessing outstanding leadership and team management skills, able to lead teams efficiently, achieve business goals, and possess good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
- Innovative Thinking and Learning Ability: Possessing innovative thinking, able to keep up with market trends, continuously explore new business models and sales channels, and continuously improve personal professional competence and overall quality through learning.

- 團隊構建與優化:構建高效、專業的銷售團隊,實施有效的團隊管理策略,提升團隊凝聚力與執行力,確保團隊目標的達成。
- 激勵機制設計:根據市場趨勢及團隊特點,設計並實施科學合理的業務激勵政策,激發團隊成員的積極性和創造力。
- 行業關係建立與維護:積極與香港金銀業界的同行建立並維護良好的合作關係,促進信息共享與業務合作,增強公司在行業內的影響力。
- 線上銷售渠道拓展:主導建立線上銷售團隊,利用互聯網平臺及數字化工具,創新營銷方式,拓寬零售業務渠道,提升品牌知名度與市場份額。
任職要求:
- 教育背景:本科及以上學歷,金融學、市場營銷、經濟學等相關專業優先。
- 行業經驗:擁有3年以上銷售領域工作經驗,其中至少3年需專注於貴金屬交易或金融行業,對貴金屬市場有深入理解和敏銳洞察力。
- 語言能力:中文流利,具備優秀的溝通能力和談判技巧,能夠清晰表達業務觀點,處理複雜商業談判。
- 專業能力:熟悉貴金屬交易流程、市場動態及風險管理,瞭解金融行業相關法律法規;持有金融行業相關從業資格證書者(如CFA、FRM等)將優先考慮。
- 領導力與團隊管理能力:具備出色的領導力與團隊管理能力,能夠帶領團隊高效運作,實現業務目標;同時,具備良好的人際關係處理能力和團隊協作精神。
