• Perform visual merchandising and / or display designs in line with company’s policies on stores and promotion areas
• Perform seasonal display with tailor-made display and decoration materials
• Ensure the contractors perform the promotions set-up and dismantle plan in a cost-effective way
• Ensure the visual standards are maintained by providing display guideline for different kinds of promotion
• Generates ideas for display and decoration material, like POP, signage, hang signs, etc in order to ensure consistency with brand / product image
• Enhance the value of the corporate image to contribute to the increase of the brand awareness and store sales

Responsibilities

• Diploma or above related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in visual, fashion or food merchandising would also be an advantage
• Experience in window & promotion set-up, in-store display and styling
• Proficient in Mac design skills, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, and not limited to Adobe design software
• Well-organized, independent, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks effectively
• Mature, flexible, passionate, creative, and attention to details
• Able to work under pressure to meet the tight schedule
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skill
• Willing to work overtime and work beyond the official working hours (i.e. night time, weekends, public holidays)
