Responsibilities

• Maintain high visibility during service hours to ensure smooth running of operations, ensure members’ satisfaction of our club services and to improve members’ experience at club
• Build and maintain relationship with members, encourage repeat visits and record member profile and preferences
• Introduce K11 MUSEA latest promotion program to members and assist them for KLUB points registrations
• Assist in product / services promotion, upselling and improving sales performance, including but not limited to tea, beverage, wine and art pieces
• Provide general administrative support to Gentry Club, including procurement, general operations, etc.

 Requirements

• At least 2 years solid experience in luxury retail brand or 5-star hotels or high end private clubs 
• Energetic, pleasant and passionate about innovative services
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strong customer service, telephone, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High level of creativity to conceptualize and implement new programs / services
