Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide greeting and customer service to guests.
- To carry out daily operations and deliver premier services to guests.
- To handle complaints, enquiries and emergency cases from guests
- To perform daily administration, reports and clerical support works
Requirements:
- Secondary educational level or above
- Relevant working experience in Hotel or Serviced Apartments industry
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position (Assistant) Customer Services Officer
