Our client is a luxury retailer with rapid expansion within the region. They are looking for a Store Operations Specialist to join the team.

The key objective of this position is to assist the sales Staff and the store Head operations job, to promote optimal sales and maintenance of the store

Job Responsibilities:

Salon Operations & Sales Support

• Plan, request and maintain the inventory of supplies in store
• Insure that back office equipment is up and running and organize repairs if needed. 
• Respond to all inquiries from Salon staff and other departments in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate and timely communication of all relevant information (i.e. product information, policies, procedures, etc.) to the Salon staff. 
• Prepare sales reports based on relevant figures and basic analysis for the store 
• Perform monthly physical inventory of all merchandise.
• Ensure proper care and handling of all merchandise and company assets.

Store & Back Office Maintenance

• Ensure that the store is well maintained and kept in pristine conditions.
• Manage the relationships with all maintenance vendors. 
• Order of salon maintenance supplies. 
• Report all non-routine maintenance to store management.
• Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies. 
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.

Distant Delivery

• Communicate with all related store for pick up time and provide feedback.
• Keep track on sufficient support documents from overseas Salon for Operation Manager / Store Manager’s approval.
• Assist client with on-site pick-up.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in luxury industry, preferably in fine watch & jewelry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Graduate Gemologist Diploma from GIA is a plus.
