Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development Leadership: Drive the development of new products with mints worldwide, including Mainland China. Oversee the entire product development cycle from conceptualization to successful launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
• Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and factories. Manage product calendars, packaging development, logistics, and timely product delivery.
• Sales & Market Optimization: Lead the charge with our product selection and pricing mechanisms to maximize product sales and performance across all channels. Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure optimal product representation and pricing strategies.
• Team Management & Mentorship: Manage and support the Product & Wholesale Admin team. Mentor and coach team members, set objectives, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Product & Wholesale on trading aspects, including hedging and demand planning. Coordinate with marketing, e-commerce, and other teams to drive product success.

Your education is important.  Your experience is important.  But they are not as important as your talent!
 

If you are:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Procurement, or a relevant field.
• Experience: a) Ideally, 5+ years in the precious metals market (or similar relevant industry experience), with a strong background in procurement, sales and marketing. 
  b) Experience managing product development and supply chain operations. 
  c) Candidates from the similar industry - precious metals with years of services can be considered as Senior Precious Metals Trading Manager
• Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects efficiently. Fluency in English is essential.
• Attributes: Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed. Innovative thinker with solid business and creative capabilities. Attention to detail and numbers is critical.
