Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting functions 
• Responsible for forecasting, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, auditing and internal control operations 
• Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Organize and implement various company’s marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines; MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree preferred
• Solid work experience in corporate finance and accounting
• Familiar with marketing strategies of IT company and the equity structure of a company
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Fluent in Mandarin is a must
