Job Description
The applicant must possess:
- diploma or above in accounting / finance or other related discipline;
- a minimum of 2 years related work experience in sizable organisations; experience in public services or non-governmental organisations will be a definite advantage;
- ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure;
- responsible, detailed oriented, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently with integrity;
- experience on developing and implementing the Enterprises Resources Planning (ERP), and other systems will be an advantage;
- strong people skills and capable of handling different levels of stakeholders;
- proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and Chinese Word Processing);
- excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

Duties include:
Reporting to the Assistant Manager/Officer - Finance of the CIC, the incumbent is expected:
- to handle daily operations of accounts payable and treasury;
- to ensure all payments and claims are made in line with the policies;
- to prepare payment instructions and submit for approval;
- to perform weekly cash flow report and bank reconciliation;
- to assist in month end closing;
- to prepare monthly payment reports and assist in month-end closing;
- to involve in development and implementation of ERP, electronic banking system, other new systems and operational procedures, etc.;
- To carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
