Job Description
DELSEY is a consumer goods company located in Hong Kong and part of a large global organization having his headquarters in Paris, France. Our products are sold internationally through large retail chains, specialty stores and e-retailers.
Reporting to the HR Director, Asia, the HR & Admin. Officer will be providing HR & Admin. support to the office and retail stores with a range of duties that include, but are not limited to the following:
HR :
- Perform monthly payroll calculations for office and front-line employees, leave management, employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, benefits (MPF & Insurance) administration
- Support store recruitment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system
- Communicate with the front lines about their queries on payroll or benefits coordination
- Prepare monthly HR reports
- Prepare Job Descriptions
- Applications for Visa and permits as required
- Handle ad hoc tasks as required
Administration Support :
- Manage business trips for office employees, ticket and hotel reservations
- Order Stationery & Daily necessities in the office and shops.
- Support CEO on travel and expense management
- Coordinate with building management on day to day request
- Manage reception, courier, and office maintenance
Others:
- Support marketing on Sales Conferences and website update
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sound knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations (Hong Kong employment ordinance).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years or above relevant experience with payroll calculation, experiences in the retail industry would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS setup and maintenance
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially in EXCEL
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
