Job Description
Our clients are well-known global commercial bank and now looking for high calibre to join their group.
Responsibilities
- Manage office Safety Facilities , office maintenance works, Audio & Video system setup and room setting arrangement
- Manage office equipment and room booking system and coordinate with vendors for the setup, maintenance and inventory checking.
- Perform fixed asset checking
- Maintain the telephone assignment records
- Support internal development activities and administrative affair in the department
Requirements
- Degree holder in related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Facility Management or office administration with supervisor experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill with risk control sense and people management skills
- Good team player able to supervise /work with junior colleagues
