As a Sophisticated Event agency, our clients including Hong Kong Tourism Board, Hong Kong Design Centre, Honda, BYD, Ducati, Harley Davison, HKU, AIA, BNP Paribas, etc. the candidate with passion in Event Management, Concept development and creative design work is a must. Job Scope

• Assist the supervisor to execute projects including small to large scale events, marketing campaigns, design and production projects, and marketing campaigns; 
• Brainstorm and generate event concpet/ideas to support the supervisor on new business pitch;
• Provide high standard Client servicing servie as a professional problem solver;
• Crafting and executing overall event planning and execution, promotion material development, MC management with script writing, design and production works, etc.
• Develop creative video from concept to content and script development 
• Work closely with Design team and 3rd parties to carry out smooth event and production projects;
• Experience in executing design and production work is preferred;
• any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor;

Requirement

• A strong passion for event and production field
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in event or advertising agency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
• Friendly, flexible and able to work as a team leader and team player with a professional approach to work
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented and organized with strong project management skills
• Have a positive, can-do attitude approach to all aspects of the role
