Job Description

1. Collaborate with our engineers and end-users to identify the best suppliers in the market.
2. Showcase your negotiation skills by obtaining the best prices from vendors and manage all purchasing activities. 
3. Demonstrate your organizational skills by creating and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery. 
4. Negotiate favorable terms, oversee logistics, and ensure smooth operations. 
5. Supervise customs clearance, manage import documents, and handle licensing. 
6. Take responsibility for the entire procurement process, including market research, planning, and evaluation. 
7. Develop a network of qualified vendors to ensure an uninterrupted supply and competitive pricing. 

Education & Experience 

1. Have 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in the R&D or engineering industry. 
2. Possess excellent communication skills and can work effectively with both internal clients and suppliers. 
3. Be proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. 
4. Ready to travel for business when required.
