Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk, remote and onsite support of IT systems, including the handling of the incident reported from users and undertake the daily support of IT systems in hotel environment
- Perform first tier problem solving and escalation to senior if required
- Install software to PC and/or related equipment
- On-job training will be provided
- Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 1 year’s working experience in technical support role (hardware & software)
- Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Shift duty is required and overnight only for urgent case
- Fresh graduates and candidates with less experience will also be considered
