Our client, a renowned electricity company in Hong Kong, is looking for a Clerical Officer/ Credit Control Officer to support their winning team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for debt collection and credit control functions
• Keep proper records for debt collection
• Liaise with internal and external parties for accounts receivable settlement
• Report the debt collection status in periodic meeting
• Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned

Experience

•Diploma or degree holder in business administration is desirable.

•At least 3 years relevant working experiences in operation and/or debt collections area preferred but not a must.

• Able to deal with internal and external customers’ enquiries / complaints in a sensible and professional manner

•Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

•A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill,
