Job Description
 

• Reports to Financial Controller
• Lead 1 subordinate.
• Oversee day-to-day transaction duties and handle end-of-month financial reporting
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding balances or discrepancies.
• Create debit / credit notes, aging reports, and perform bank reconciliations
• Provide assistance during year-end processes and annual audit
• Prepare analyses of accounts and produce periodic reports
• Assist ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ of experience in accounting position
• University degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Strong in numerical sense, self-motivated, responsible and reliable
• Good time management, detail minded and good communication skills
• Able to work independently, to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including Excel formula.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)
