In this position, you will:

• Execute project management processes on assigned project to produce deliverables in time, cost and scope throughout the entire project life-cycle;
• Work closely with Technical Team to deliver project management service including project scoping, planning, scheduling, execution, risk management, milestone achievement and progress reporting;
• Support the Project Team Leader in maintaining formal project documentation, such as project plans, progress reports, issues log, project calendar and meeting minutes;
• To manage resource planning, allocation, cost control and ensure the project milestones/deliverables to be completed on time and meet the required quality standard;
• To manage project related processes and procedures to fulfill internal compliance and customer needs;
• Coordinate and participate in customer meeting for project related purposes (e.g. project kickoff meeting, user requirements collections, progress review, UAT, etc.)
• Work closely with internal & external key stakeholders to gather and organize project-related tasks and execution detail to ensure project deliverable in timely manner;

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Solid working experience of Project Management in SI companies would be an advantage;
• A recognized qualification such as CSM or PMP would be an advantage
