We are looking for a energetic and motivated IT Technical Support to join our friendly, professional and dedicated IT Department based here in Hong Kong. 


Key Responsibilities:              

• Provide technical support to end users
• Responsible for hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Monitor the integrity and security of the network and infrastructure
• Managing various system administrations work such as Window Server, Exchange Email, Antivirus ensuring that appropriate security level granted to users
• Execute backup/restore and other periodic procedures
• Accurately managing IT asset inventory and software licensing compliance
• Assist to ad-hoc projects as required                                                       

Requirements:    
 

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Technology
• At least 2 years relevant experience in technical support and systems maintenance
• Solid experience in supporting MS Windows and Office applications and desktop hardware
• Strong network concept, windows desktop & server support experience
• Experience in PABX software, desk phone, printer and VC equipment
• Strong problem solving and analytical skill
• Outgoing, comfortable with spoken and written English and Chinese
• Responsible, can work independently with initiative and good team player
• Willing to learn and take up extra duties and responsibilities
