Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitor day-to-day operation of a property
• To handle complaints and enquiries of the users
• To supervise the performance of cleaning, security

Requirements:

• Professional qualifications in property or facilities management or equivalent
• Degree Holder is preferred
• Minimum 2-4 years’ relevant working experiences in property management and experience in facilities management of education institutes is preferred
• Handling-on experience in managing contractors for building repair 
• Ability to monitor and evaluate contractor’s work schedule and performance
• Knowledge of building and facility management regulatory requirements and practices
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Facilities Officer
