Your role

• Handling customer inquiries through various communication channels such as telephone, and online platforms (Livechat /Email /WhatsApp /Social Media) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identifying opportunities to sell or retain customers during interactions.
• Following pre-set procedures and workflows to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Adhering to requirements, policies, guidelines, and procedures set by the company and other appropriate partners.
• Proactively learning and staying updated with the latest knowledge related to the job responsibilities.
• Performing any ad hoc duties as requested by the company.

 To succeed in this role

• Having a minimum educational qualification of HKCEE/ HKDSE graduate or above.
• Effective communication skills in Cantonese and English.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute in both Chinese and English.
• Clear voice with a friendly and helpful tone.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to help and sell products/services.
• Knowledge of mobile products and services.
• Familiarity with common PC software applications is an advantage
• Availability to work shift duty for 48 hours per week.
• The working location: Shatin.
