Reporting to the Sustainability Manager, the incumbent will support the sustainability development of the Shun Tak Group.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of sustainability strategy across the business units
• Support the sustainability related targets setting and performance tracking 
• Support the preparation of annual sustainability report
• Support the submissions for sustainability related indices and recognitions
• Prepare and coordinate meetings for sustainability related committees and working teams
• Research on sustainability trends and peer benchmarking
• Assist with sustainability training, education, promotion, and communication
• Provide support to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in sustainability related disciplines
• 5 years of relevant experience in either an in-house sustainability position or sustainability consultancy 
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, such as GRI and HKEX’s ESG reporting requirements, decarbonization and climate actions
• Professional qualifications in ESG such as CESGA / CFA / SCR will be a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in software for developing presentation materials, conducting data management and analysis
• Suitable candidate with less experience can be considered as the sustainability officer
