Responsibilities
- Manage and administer student exchange programmes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop strategies and execute the plans for promoting campus inclusion and cultural diversity
- Provide administrative support to budgeting, reporting, data collection and personal data privacy matters of the Office
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to committees and alliances that the University takes part in
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years’ relevant work experience
- Proficient in written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational, management and multitasking skills
- Experience in working in higher education and dealing with counterparts from diverse backgrounds would be an advantage
- Sound knowledge of student exchange and campus inclusion is preferred
Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
