Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full cycle of recruitment process such as job posting, on-boarding arrangements and induction for new joiners
• Upkeep accurate data of employment records
• Provide administrative assistance to Head of HR and the team
• Assist in organizing Company activities, such as Annual Dinner, volunteer activities, team building activities etc.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/University Graduate, major in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• With experience in using HRIS, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Able to work independently, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
