Responsibility:

• Manage, advise and support users with HR technology and tools such as Workday, PeopleSoft, UKG Scheduling/Time & Attendance and TalentLink
• Drive HR digital initiatives and aligning teams
• Proactively manage changes to HR projects, including scope, schedule, quality, and costs
• Build and manage relationships with internal teams and vendors
• Identify communication and training needs and developing appropriate materials
• Anticipate and proactively resolve risks and issues

Requirement:

• Ability to coordinate and align roundtable of internal stakeholders including HR and IT, and third-party vendors to achieve project objectives, milestones or reach consensus
• Solution orientated with ability to drive positive outcomes and narrow gaps in understanding
• Highly adaptable to changing priorities 
• Team player and willing to contribute the ‘extra mile’ when required
• Exposure to either HR digital transformation projects, consulting or software implementations
