A leading MNC industrial market player is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain a quality management system that complies with or has the potential to comply with ISO 9001 standards
• Lead the alignment of the value chain to meet the quality requirements of both internal and external customers
• Provide expertise and technical support to the global procurement team in managing quality assurance for raw materials, including specifications and quality control
• Develop and deploy auditing systems and quality assurance measures specifically for suppliers
• Undertake any additional tasks as needed by the procurement team

Requirements:

• Degree in Materials Science or related disciplines
• 3 years' experience in quality (QA/QC), preferably in industrial (commodities, raw materials, aerospace, etc.)
• Knowledge/experience in test lab/certification body is a plus
• Interpersonal skills are desired
• Good command of Mandarin & conversational English
• Willing to frequently travel to mainland China
