Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Solution Consultant to join our Cybersecurity team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to our clients, helping them strengthen their security posture and safeguard their digital assets.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth assessments of the client's existing cybersecurity infrastructure, processes, and controls, identifying gaps and areas for improvement based on industry best practices and leading frameworks (e.g., ISO, CIS, NIST) or guidelines from different authorities in HK/SG/TW.
2. Design and propose comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that address the client's unique needs, requirements, and risk profile, incorporating technologies such as identity and access management (IAM), secure access service edge (SASE), and unified endpoint management (UEM) etc.
3. Collaborate closely with the client's IT, security, and executive teams to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable, cost-effective security initiatives.
4. Configure, test, and implement the recommended cybersecurity solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the client's existing technology ecosystem.
5. Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and advancements, and continuously enhance the organization's service offerings to keep pace with the evolving threat landscape.
6. Contribute to the development of cybersecurity best practices, knowledge-sharing, and thought leadership within the organization and the broader industry.
7. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate the value of the cybersecurity solutions to the client.

Requirements:

1. Hold a high diploma or a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Consultant or in a similar role
3. In-depth knowledge of various cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO)
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex application landscapes and propose effective modernization strategies.
5. Familiarity with GenAI (General Artificial Intelligence) is preferred, as it will be advantageous in proposing innovative modernization approaches.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
7. Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, GIAC) are highly desirable
8. Experience in a specific industry sector (e.g., finance, healthcare, government) is an advantage
