Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support to end users, answer enquiries and resolving technical issues via phone or email.
- Handle incident such as logging and following with support teams.
- Follow with other support teams for fulfilment of customer request, resolving of incident and answering inquiry.
Follow defined documentation for incident and change management.
Perform first-level troubleshooting and ensure reliable and quality backup management.
Monitor the infrastructure and forward any alerts as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in IT or related disciplines
- 1 year or above relevant working experience
Basic knowledge on IT and desktop computer;
Good team player, punctuality, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good telephone manner with customer service mindset.
Able to work on-site,
- Fresh graduate would be considered
Immediately available is preferred
