Job description:

• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored for the medical and tech industry.
• Support the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, pricing details, and project processing support.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as product development and technical support, to ensure timely project fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and industry developments to effectively communicate and promote our products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome. 
• Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role within the tech industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to clients.
• Fluent spoken Cantonese, English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
