You will be involving…

• To lead the entire cycle of the software maintenance project, including but not limited to analyse business requirements and specify functional requirements, develop project plan and schedule, mange the cost and quality of works, prepare documentations for one of the most reputable transport corporations in HK
• Responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for the application support through leading a team 
• Manage a team (on-shore & off-shore) to provide daily system support service for the end-user customer
• Handle major and minor category of incident, provide trouble-shoot and resolutions to the critical production issues and may require after-office work to handle application incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Review the IT Policy & procedure management regularly.
• Arrange and perform the regular OS security patches update or system enhancements.
• Provide technical advice & consultancy service to client
• Conduct and coordinate SIT, UAT and regression test for the on-going system upgrades
• Configuration management, software promotion and release to various system environments
• Engage with project governance on project performance and change management matters
• Manage the application support team and escalate complicated or exceptional cases to the senior management
• Other routine and ad-hoc IT support work including but not limited to Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, system enhancement or bug fixing production hot release

We are looking for…

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related is preferred
• At least 12 years or above IT systems maintenance and support working experience with at least 5 years of experience in a management role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Well-organised, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently.
• Hands-on experience in software development using programming languages such as .Net, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications is a plus
• Knowledge in Sharepoint, Xamarin, Power BI, RPA, React Native, Nintex is a plus
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua
• Holder of PMP and ITIL will be an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
