Job Description

The Role: 

  • Performing administrative duties including but not limited to data entry and issue letters etc
  • Handling administrative requests from senior associates;
  • Organize incoming documents into updated filing systems;
  • Prepare spreadsheets and regular claims reports;

The Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Preferably with relevant experience in Insurance industry 
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible & independent
