Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, applications, and service support teams
• Provide strategic guidance and interface with company leadership
• Establish effective governance, risk management, and change control processes
• Oversee multiple teams of IT professionals and third-party vendors
• Manage functions such as client support, system infrastructure, application development and support, facilities management, and information security
• Secure new client projects and expansion opportunities through high-quality service delivery
• Support the organization's IT and facilities management strategy, including outsourcing initiatives
• Manage the IT budget, including system maintenance and support costs
• Develop business cases and funding models for technology investments
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformative IT projects
• Derive the overall information security strategy, including implementation and maintenance
• Assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks across the organization
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for major IT incidents and outages

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 8 years of demonstrated experience in areas such as application development, infrastructure management, information security
• In-depth knowledge across multiple IT domains, including server, network, and voice systems
• At least 4 years of managerial experience in an IT leadership role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate teams
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary, and multinational projects and initiatives
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Facility management experience would be considered an advantage
