Responsibilities:

• Responsible for data platform and source data extraction analysis, design, development, testing and system implementation and automation
• Engage with different teams, business users, review business needs and drive business process improvement with current data solution and process
• Coordinate with vendor to define project scope, review system quality and deliver solution from end-to-end
• Work with project teams or complex programs to analyze and translate desired business capabilities into solution concepts and models to deliver business value
• Understand key business domain's data models and business process flows to identify their interaction in the corporate data platform
• Leading the team to build data infrastructure for scalable data mart/ data warehousing/ data platform / data visualization and reporting solution for analytics purposes
• Coordinate with other teams on interdependencies (upstream systems) that impact any of the data platforms
• Manage projects and collaborate within and across the wider technology teams
• Follow iterative system development life cycle methodologies
• Self-management with adapts and leading the team to change in routine with positive attitude when working in fast paced situations
• Ensure and maintains the team's productivity

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Strong working experience in system design, development and support on Data/BI area with solid data architecture, ETL and visualization reporting experience; Better with Properties/ Retail background
• Understand full-software development lifecycle in data warehouse/ big data projects
• Strong ability to design and consolidate technical details based on complex business requirements from various data subjects and in different regions
• Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL
• With hands-on experience in Unix Shell scripting
• With knowledge in Big Data platform / Tableau and Cloud platform
• Project Management and vendor management experience is a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good communication skills and team player;
• Proactive and is willing to learn
• Able to develops solutions and deal with obstacles and problems in a timely manner and is willing and able to share expertise and knowledge with the team members and business users
• Able to perform under pressure and challenge assumptions
