Requirement:

1. MHKIE or equivalent, i.e. Corporate member of a professional Institution recognized for corporate membership in the status of registered professional engineer (RPE) of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in the Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Discipline, or equivalent;

1. At least 5 years’ relevant post-professional qualification experience in the design, supervision and coordination of construction projects.

1. Have passed the Chinese language and English language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE or met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or equivalent.

1. Strong in effective communication with relevant parties on site issues; andGood command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken is essential.
