Job Description

• Obtain, create and maintain detailed records of loaned objects. Organize photo database and record information including object descriptions, condition reports, provenance, insurance details, and any special handling or display requirements
• Assist in drafting and liaising loan agreements with the terms and conditions of the loan, including the loan period, transportation arrangements, security measures, insurance, copyright and any restrictions on the display or handling of the loaned objects
• Act as a liaison between the Company and lending institutions, facilitating communication and coordinating logistics related to the loan. Working closely with curators, conservators, shippers, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth loan process
• Collaborate with curators and exhibition teams in preparing the exhibition layout plans, installation and other related tasks for exhibitions
• Supervise the safe handling and movement of all art objects. Coordinate the proper packing, handling, and transportation of artworks
• Work closely with procurement team for souring services provider to support the exhibition
• Support other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years’ experience and exposure in museums/ galleries or logistic company
• A good team player with excellent planning and organization skills. Detail oriented, flexible and self-motivated 
• Good time management skills and able to work in very tight deadline
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Flexible in working irregular hours including weekends and public holidays
