Responsibilities:

• Standardize and digitize team collaboration processes at each stage of the business cycle to ensure traceability, business compliance, and efficiency. 
• Prepare the execution plan to monitor SOP/operation flow against the assigned target
• Monitor & analyze the trend of strategy execution and highlight any abnormal trend for operations improvement.
• Optimize sales and CRM(2B) processes to improve experience, efficiency & conversion rates.
• Assist management in business strategic planning and ROI analyzing and evaluation.
• Prepare tracking reports for forecast number against target and execution plan.

Requirements:

• Experience which can work with team to complete the required task in definite timeline
• Bachelor Degree or above in any disciplines
• 5 years of experience in business analysis/project management/operation management.
• Experience in the IT/ecommerce industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce/Looker is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Seeks accuracy with a strong attention to details
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
