Your role:   

• Provide support and troubleshoot system issues
• Implement changes to enhance and maintain infrastructure quality
• Take part in upgrade projects
• Identify security and other risks and advise on how to mitigate them
• Conduct research on, recommend, and implement, emerging technologies to meet business goals and objectives
• Create documentation such as design specifications and design rationale to help other members of the team understand the design decision process
• Monitor infrastructure and implement fixes and improvements as necessary
• Attendee panel closed

To succeed in this role:

• Proven experience in virtual machine, storage network and cloud technologies
• Excellent understanding of both technical and non-technical issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
