Your new role

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  
• Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.
  
• Partner with operational teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
  
• Prepare management reports, KPIs, and variance analysis.
  
• Monitor financial performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Collaborate with senior management to drive cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
  
• 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A and business partnering.
  
• Work experience from Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / FMCG is highly preferred
  
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
