Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative systems and databases
- Handling internal and external communication and correspondence
- Provide a full spectrum of reception services and office administration duties courteously and professionally
- Coordinating office procedures and tasks
- Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
- Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and vehicles
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Worked based in Jakarta
Requirement
- Diploma or above
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Knowledge of the Indonesian language would be an advantage.
- Office location based in Jakarta
- Immediate availability or short notice would be an advantage.
