Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative systems and databases
  • Handling internal and external communication and correspondence
  • Provide a full spectrum of reception services and office administration duties courteously and professionally
  • Coordinating office procedures and tasks
  • Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and vehicles
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Worked based in Jakarta

Requirement

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Knowledge of the Indonesian language would be an advantage.
  • Office location based in Jakarta
  • Immediate availability or short notice would be an advantage.
