Our client is a Luxury Italian fashion brand. They are looking for an Executive to handle in-store CRM & Event 

Responsibilities

• Consolidate customer report and share qualitative/ quantitative customer trend, suggest next month action
• Assist in planning key marketing activations covering PR, event, content creation, social, media placement and CRM, by working closely with the Sales teams
• Develop and arrange CRM activation proposal, store briefing session and post activation report
• Coordinate and execute image and retail sales events
• Organize Event and Engage with VIP clients 
• Allocate & coordinate gifting initiatives for seasonal rewards to drive brand recognition and customer retention
• Compile regular reports, monitor communications delivery and evaluate campaign results, assist Manager in analyzing customer data to provide insights for developing marketing & sales strategies

Requirements: 

• A strong interest in Fashion and Client Engagement
• At least 2 years of working experience in Client Engagement / Event Mangement
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
