- Assist in payroll processing, including gathering employee timekeeping data, reviewing payroll information, and helping to resolve any payroll issues.
- Handle general human resources duties such as processing employee paperwork, answering HR-related inquiries, and providing administrative support.
- Provide general HR support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Background in human resources, such as a diploma in HR or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience working in a HR role
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
