Job Description:

  • Assist in payroll processing, including gathering employee timekeeping data, reviewing payroll information, and helping to resolve any payroll issues.
  • Handle general human resources duties such as processing employee paperwork, answering HR-related inquiries, and providing administrative support.
  • Provide general HR support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Background in human resources, such as a diploma in HR or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a HR role
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
