Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate product, sales or CPD training, forum and seminar to support business strategy of distribution channels 
• Develop training tools/e-learning with different format such as video editing, interactive e-learning production
• Assist in designing and developing training program for corporate staff
• Liaise with external training vendors and internal stakeholders in organizing CPD training programs for all distribution channels and corporate staff fitting business need
• Assist in applying for CPD accreditation with HKCAAVQ for in-house training program
• Assist in promoting the Honorary Trainer System within Agency Channel for continuous development and enhancement
• Coordinate administration and logistics arising from various initiatives, activities and/or support for Honorary Trainer System, CPD and corporate staff training
• Assist in conducting UAT on Learning Management System
• Handle training projects and ad hoc programs as assigned 
• Prepare management report and documentation on training effectiveness
• Maintain accurate training record

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree preferable in business or training related disciplines
• At least 3 years training experience in insurance, banking or IFA
• Possess sound financial knowledge, holder of CFP or related professional qualification will be a definite asset 
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Self-motivated, assertive, innovative with strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
• Good team player and outgoing personality
• Able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Less experience will be considered as Officer
