Job Responsibilities 

• Take charge of the Direct Marketing team, providing guidance and motivation for daily tasks related to campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the Telemarketing team to effectively manage campaigns and achieve profitable outcomes.
• Support Department Head in managing profit and loss by monitoring budget allocation for all portfolio lines.
• Handle key sponsor relationships and actively seek out potential new partners. Conduct market research to identify fresh campaign and product opportunities.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and business prospects. Provide recommendations for both existing and new lead generation campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as Legal and Compliance, Underwriting, IT, and Finance, to accomplish established goals and objectives.

Job Duties

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of direct marketing in insurance industry.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders at both local and regional levels.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• A proactive self-starter who can work independently and is focused on achieving results.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
