Job Description

The scope of your job responsibilities will include but is not limited to the following:

  • Assist Sales Manager in executing sales strategy.
     
  • Cultivate and maximize new opportunities developed through: Utilizing account database provided by Company; Onsite visits; Cold calling / emailing; Cultivating referrals; Working and developing an alliance network; and Creativity and initiative.
     
  • Respond to company-generated leads / in-bound leads.
     
  • Qualify customer’s ability to purchase and pursue only qualified leads.
     
  • Evaluate customer needs during on-site visit.
     
  • Prepare and present proposals/quotes.
     
  • Manage appropriate and timely proposal follow-ups.
     
  • Follow the Company’s sales process.
     
  • Enter all activity into the Company’s sales pipeline / point of contact database.
     
  • Enter all sales orders in the Company’s inventory and billing system as required.
     
  • Co-ordinate and support beer dispensing installation efforts as required.
     
  • Provide onsite beer knowledge and dispensing systems training to clients and prospects.
     
  • Attend and participate in vendor and company-held training.
     
  • Follow-up on customer complaints and co-ordinate with required departments, including the brewery’s production team, marketing team, and finance team.
     
  • Complete all administrative paperwork and data entry per company guidelines.
     
  • Manage assigned segments and territories and travel efficiently.
     
  • Utilize internal resources (e.g., the relationships with the spirits and import trading team) wisely to secure business deals.
     
  • Co-ordinate with marketing team to generate prospects and move sales along.
     
  • Actively participate and support beer launch and tap takeover events.
     

Requirements

  • Degree or above in any disciplines
     
  • At least 3 years related working experience in the FMCG / F&B / Food Retails / Beers Supplies industry will be an advantage
     
  • Highly self-motivated with flexibility
     
  • Strong communication skills and abilities to build and motivate the team
     
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
