Our client is a global renown FMCG brand and they are now seek for a Sales Admin Officer to support their sales team.

What you'll:

• Support the issuance of sales documents in the internal system for discounts, rebates, and sponsorships.
• Handles invoices, purchasing requisition forms, and contract issuing.
• Provide clear and comprehensive product/service information to customers; liaise directly with airline companies to coordinate all logistics arrangements.
• Coordinates closely with the sales team to ensure the fulfillment of all clients' requests.
• Arrange on-boarding for new joiners and off-boarding for team members.
• Prepare and issue monthly sales commission reports.
• Issue monthly credit memos and arrange payment plans with customers as needed.
• To perform ad-hoc projects/tasks when required.

What we're looking for:

• F.5 / DSE graduate or above.
• 3-5 years of work experience as a Sales Administrator.
• Financial background will be a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, and good spoken English is an advantages.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel. Experience in SAP would be an advantage.
