About the job

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners, and explore new channels
• Develop and achieve annual business plan and budget
• Identify new business opportunities and develop and manage the sales channel promotion plans and activities
• Coordinate with cross-function teams to implement marketing campaign
• Gather and share market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• At least 8 years' key account management experience in FMCG / food industry
• Proactive, attentive, result-driven, and customer-oriented
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, numerical and analysis skills
• Mature, independent, and presentable
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
